    I would prefer:
    1. an ad unit (468x60) under "Home"
    2. a vertical link unit instead of the current ad unit.

    You will need to blend the ads more but more importantly you need content. Something more than just links.

    I'd drop the border on the ad, but that's just me. I hate borders.
