I would like to tell you onething. Never count the quantity of backlink. Quality matters as well as TRUST matters. A page will RANk simply with TRUST. If you were ranking before then there must be some issues because of which your site has moved down in the SERP's. 1- Your competitors are doing much better SEO 2- Google Seems you are suspicious for some thing which only google knows. I did spend sometime while having Coffee on your site. I think you can improve on some aspect. I think your site is lacking TRUST. * Renew your domain upto 2020 * 10% of your backlinks are from 4 to 6 sites. Which you should count as only few links. Google discount these links while ranking your ++ * At bottom of your site i can see the words contract hire is associated with many pages. I think if you can remove some of them that will be better. It might be a factor as well. I am just asking you to spread your keyword instead of having all in one place. Just change the anchor text and not perma links. * Whatever you say your links are not enough to rank. You need quality of links specially with anchor text.Have a good variation in it. Just get some links from sites which are Trusted by google. * Try to get text links inside the post. WHAT i Discovered was. around 17% of your links are having your anchor text as "contract hire" i think you should improve on this part. If i was on your side i would get this upto 50% and as far variation is concerned into link building profile. Hope this helps you somewhat. so my cup of coffee was dedicated to your site. @Bestseoever I'm seeing a couple of thousand links from other websites though. I'm not it's hurting him by having this many links from only a couple websites. Like I said in my post, there are many other backlinks. See his majesticseo profile (I can't post links yet b/c of my profile) with 2,129 Class C backlinks.
I never said that those links hurt. what i was trying to say is there are many links which are from same host. Those links do not carry same weight as other unique host counts for. I saw your post and i still believe the OP should get some links consistent with main keyword as anchor text in relevant sites or at least post.
Agreed. Do you know of any resources which break down backlinks by TLD (like from .com, .co.uk, ect)? Don't know if there are any issues going on with this here.
Get doublin core meta tags. Meta description up to 30 words. Less meta keywords, use only the most important keywords. You have 5 h3 tags and 0 h4, but 2 h5 tags and 0 h6. The title is too long with 80 characters, short it to at least 70 (max 12 words) Get a declared language. EDU and Gov backlinks, you have none. Get better renamed urls for your seo purpose, use up to 4 hypens but never more than 5 in the whole url The keyword targeting in the body seems missleading for the searchengines. Work over alt and title image tags. Too many links on the page, make less than 100 Consider putting your styles in a style sheet, you have 24 floating around Alot of seperate images, consider using CSS Sprites Twitter account related with the site , probably a blog too. Well what if it isn't more than just that? What if I am right? I could be right. So you should test it. Don't assume I am wrong. I am one of the ones who spent time on your site, thought about what could have changed over the years, and posted my idea. If car leasing or contract hire are the terms that people now search for, then you should make every effort to have your site rank for those keywords, but geotargeted, of course. Have you started doing that? You could go buy a new domain with the keywords that searchers actually use and put a redirect to your new site from the old site. That is simple to do from a cPanel. Then all your current links will lead to the new site while you build new links with updated keywords for the new site.
Now to add insult our PR has actually gone up yet we rank worse than we have in years for main search terms. Its crazy, I always thought PR ment absolutly nothing but this is absolute proof for me, its madness that PR has gone up when we rank worse than we have in years, we have sites ahead of us who are spammy, new domain, with few inbound links and generally poor quality. Its madness!!!
