just curious, what was your CTR when banned from AdSense

    Guys,

My friend got banned from Adsense recently, he thinks this might be because his CTR was high(12%). Can those who got banned share what their CTR was at the time when they got banned ?

    Regards,
    Goravani

Whats wron with 12%? Was that is overall CTR or was it just one site? I have gotten 150% CTR because someone went crazy on my ads and nothing happened. Was he part of a click-share club or something?

Yes, he joined a few Traffic Exchange sites and it was from there he got the clicks. But he was late to realise that it was against the adsense plicies.

Well, that did not have anything to do with his CTR.

Well the CTR have nothing to worry about getting banned but I suggest if you ever see CTR more than 25% than you should have your clicks scrutinized as it seems fraudilent activity.

If the traffic which are clicking on ur ads are normal.. (not those autosurf, proxy trafic) you do not need to worry.

They can detect it because clicks are coming repeatedly from the same IPs (every day the same people are clicking).

12% is not high at all. 25% is not high, 90% is high.

There is no relationship between CTR and getting banned, as long as everything is within TOS. Some people have CTR in excess of 20%.

No, they detect it because they can see the referring URL of all the clicks...
