Just curious about bought YPN accounts...

I *know* it's against the TOS of YPN!

I'm just curious because I see tons of them for sale and bought (not necessarily on here) but I'm just wondering do they actually work for the person who buys them? After they change the tax info, etc.

I have a YPN! Account, so I'm not asking for myself...Just wanted to know if these people are going to get paid. I'm not refering to bought invites, or keys...I'm talking about actual accounts, that someone either stopped used, or never really ever used.

    Thanks.

I know they work...but wouldn't Yahoo think it's a little fishy that the new holder of the account changes the SS# or TAX ID number and mailing address to something different? Or do they allow changing of that information?

Again I'm just curious because I know a few people who have bought accounts and they are telling me they will have no problem, "recieving there check".

It has worked in the past, but YPN claims they have a new method for catching transfers of accounts (accounts or invitations can never be transfered, even with a domain sale) and that these publishers will not be paid. They won't disclose how they are doing it for "security reasons", but I wouldn't want to risk it.

Well, if you sell an invite, I don't believe of any of that stuff you mentioned (e.g. SS#) is associated.
