Just Calle Google Today And an officer explained to me adwords/adsense arbitrag

He said that i CAN have a site with adsense run a campaign in Adwords without any problems

    as long as the site:

Is not designed exclusively to show ads..

mostly if the site does fulfill all the google prerequisits in the TOS

    it WILL be fine..

so.. what do you think.... true or not ?

Google does all its communication through email , AFAIK. Unless you are a HUGE publisher, and are assigned a rep.
WHERE did you get this Google "phone number"?

I have compiled a list of about 20 Google internal email addresses. I have not seen a single phone number.

What is the AdWords support phone number? Is it published?
What is the AdSense support phone number? Is it published?
Who did you talk to? What was their title?

If you "talked to a Google officer", why would you be asking this question? Of course, it would be true!
If you don't answer these questions, I think you made this up, in an attempt to elicit agreement from same-thinkers.

Google attacked arbitrage HARD in May 2007, and I don't think that they have changed their mind.

As far as I know there's no reason why you couldn't do this although this can't be the main conversion vehicle or you'll be paying for all these clicks and getting less for the outclicks even if they all convert. What would trouble me here, and this has to do more with larger sites, is that this would take away from my revenue as I don't want to send people away for pennies when I can get, say, $150 on average if I can convert them myself and the longer they stay the more chance I have to do this ;) No worries though for me as they won't touch my site with a 10 foot pole because poker is the devil in their eyes :D

You had to call Google for that? Seriously?

Wow. It's NOT against TOS to use AdWords on an site that has AdSense. If you're site isn't a CRAPPY USELESS MFA site, you're GOOD TO GO. Common knowledge!!! C'mon!

I have seen many sites using adsense and adwords at the same time. So I guess it is ok.

    Common knowledge?

It is pretty easy to come up with these conclusion when you have been as long as +4k posts in this forums....

how about the newbies ? .. perhaps they , as me , had some issues getting the whole arbitrage concept straight...

care not to sound to cocky ?

    Best regards...

With the plethora of posts regarding arbitrage and the hints in the AdSense TOS, it is something that is pretty known that MFA + AdWords = No. You can also find about it on the AdSense blog and all over the net.

    Goodluck!

it should be ok if your site is not mainly draw people to click ads. your site should have other options to visitors other than adsense click.

I think the biggest question is why you would pay $0.25 for a click and then have the visitor click on an adsense ad and make $0.04.

With the new quality scores.. the potential for you to use adwords to target a landing page that will display ads that are of a different topic targeting higher paying keyword terms .. odds are slim.

You are better to put something that will make you money.

Yep, it can be done, but you should have an outbound (nonaffiliate) link on the landing page. This outbound link is critical. I have one at the top of every page to be safe. Curiously, my link goes to another site I own which also has adsense. That might be a bad idea though, but it's been that way for about 2 years, and I thought don't fix it if it ain't broke.
