Just brought v bulletin need someone to set it up will pay

Hi firstly if this is the wrong place to post can the mods or admin please move it and accept my appologies.

Right well here goes, me and a friend of mine purchased v-bulletin 4.0 about 7 hours ago and obviously we are trying to set up the old version as it isnt released yet but we are having so many problems that we cant even upload it.

No if someone could please set the v-bulletin up for us and upload it to our web hosts so it is ready to use by us then we are happy to pay someone good money to do this.

Once it is a ll setup and running we are completely competent in then running the the forum etc and doing everything else, we just havnt got a clue how to put it there.

Now v-bulletin offer these services but they want $150 and we have to wait 2-3 days for them to do it which we really need it doing ASAP like now and we think that is still a very expensive price.

So please if anyone thinks they can do this and wants to answer here or PM me with a price I am very happy to pay by paypal as soon as it is all up and running.
