Just bought vps, can access whm, but not cpanel?

This is my first time buying a vps and i can access my whm, but not my cpanel? All i need to do is chmod a file on the server, how do i get to it? What can i do, shouldn't the whm be the same as the cpanel login?

 

Unless you created the account for a domain name other than your main one it does not exist.

You can enter any cPanel from WHM for any doamin under that WHM plan but I don't recall how.

I don't think the logins are the same but you can change maybe even view the cPanel info from WHM.

 

You should be able to access any domains from WHM in cPanel via either of these methods

domainname.com/cpanel
domainname.com:2082
