I just purchased some new hosting for my forums. I am going to use the same domain name of course. When the new hosting was set up, it was set up with my existing domain name. The problem is I have that domain name associated with another existing hosting account elsewhere. This in return means I cannot access my cpanel for the new hosting because it is the same as the other hosting account! Does anyone know what I need to do here? Thanks in advance! Also I cannot access the ftp for my new hosting to upload my site to the server!
