IF you had the word google as a whole word in the domain name it possibly could be a problem but as you dont what is the problem that is not even anything like google is it !!!!
Use any of those online dictionaries and see how Google is defined. You'll likely find all of them have one common keyword other than their name. Mega, there's thing called "likelihood of confusion", which is what trademarks aim to prevent. While it is Google's burden to demonstrate that various people might confuse the OP's domain name with their trademark, their mark is one of the most uniquely famous ones on the planet. Maybe answer this, Hade: why did you consider the domain name with "oogle" in it? Obviously you don't have to answer that here, but Google might ask you that. http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/search/overview/index.html#35
Probably not, but as Dave said: Which is what concerns me. I've dealt with a case before where I got a cease and desist letter from a big rival website. I didn't use their name, but my website was a similar colour etc. I spoke to a lawyer who confirmed that it could loook like I was 'passing off' as them. Which is the same thing. I suppose it all depends on how ferocious Google are agains stuff like this. I thinks their pockets are deep enough
It seems fine, I wouldn't worry about it. As mentioned earlier you should probably put the 'not affiliated' sign if you want to be 100% safe.
Which is not a 100% guarantee one will be safe, even if others are doing that and seemingly getting away.
