normally never have had any problems from play.com's delivery, all packages arived in good protection/time. But just recieved my blank cd's and how useless the delivery was, ok it arrived in 2 days but the only thing protecting my cd's was that plastic case( you know where you get a pack off 100, all stacked and that plastic covering) like this, anyway it arrived in a box, and well has anyone seen ace ventura pet detectice? at the start where he delivers a box, its kinda like that, luckily its just plastic. anyway il get straight top the point. The bottom of the cd pack it somehow snapped off that middle stick, so all the cds were all over the box, scratched and damaged were my cd's . The item arrived at 08:40, its a good thing I got up the delivery driver looks like he just wanted to drop it and leave it on the door step, I have not yet tried to burn a cd but hopefully they arent damaged that bad. My efforts of trying to find the appropiate place on play.com to report a damaged good have gone unaware, i find there site very useless when it comes to just getting a simple EMAIL address for help. Has anyone else had any bad deliveries?
