Just bought AdSenseSystem ($49) and...

I'm reading it now. A little dodgy for something that cost me $49. So far it has been patronizing for me because I (and most of us) know a lot about choosing a domain name or how to design a website.

    Oh well..!

I know. Just finished reading it, in like 10 minutes.

Lesson learnt: Anything we want to know, we already know with this forum, free web articles and bloggers. I need not buy anything else.

I don't know I am sure there is some good advice out there that is not commonly known..

The problem with most help or information books are they are not a topic that requires a whole book about.. So even if there were something useful in there, you have to read through all the fluff used to pad it out to make it look like something of substance.

Harder to sell a $99 pamphlet.

There's also a handful of great Adsense blogs out there that are offering up tips for the price of air.

I'm actually serious. I'm trying to figure out if there's a price -- besides free -- that any of you would pay for stuff... The answer may well be that there's nothing you'd pay, but that's good to know. We've already been through the "but everything's available for free" debate before, so let's not rehash that particular angle.

The best e-books are free e-books, forums, blogs etc.

I don't think anyone is going to pay for something which is readily available for free. Its like selling sand in the desert or water to a drowning man.

Plus, why would anyone sell a money-making tip. It doesn't make any business sense (unless the tip was about to be invalidated or soon to be widely known).

However, I do believe people here would buy software/scripts/layouts.

I think it depends on what the tips are. If they're truly "secret" then yes, why would someone sell them... but I look at people who are selling expensive e-books and the like and I'm thinking that for them it's probably another income stream more than anything.

my44: Did you get a refund on the AdSenseSystem?

I'll say for a serious compilation of proven tips and tricks from this and others forums that will save me 20+ hours of reading. I'll be ready to pay $50 or more.

I would probably do my own site on tips and tricks I've learned. But only after, say, 1-year with AdSense. The tips-and-tricks site will be free of charge. Why ask people to pay when you can complement it with AdSense :)

Because AdSense-related ads pay diddly squat and most people looking for that info are less inclined to click ads in the first place....

It depends on the vendor, I guess. Most of those e-books are sold using ClickBank and they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. But it varies. I don't know about this system.
