I ran this keyword for a month on adwords.
My Max CPC was $1.56, 11.11% CTR, Avr. CPC was $0.29 per click.

Question, if I lower the Max CPC, will that improve my Quality Scope? or should i just leave the Max CPC along, it dont change anything?

Personally, if the conversions are where they need to be I would leave it. That's just me though, opinions may vary:)

The adwords algo goes like this >> MAXCPC x CTR x Quality Score = Ad Score.

If conversion is ok, yes leave it. If you are trying to improve your profit margin than create a new campaign and test there.
