just after a valuation

Im in 2 minds about selling all of my domains and sites, and to stop doing what i do however there is 1 site im not 100% sure about.

Its a site in my sig - rossi site

basically hes a footballer for man utd who has played around 4-5 games this season so over the next year or 2 he will break through hes a very big prospect for the future. Anyway the site is getting somewhere between about 4-500 views a month and this month were already over 450 as he has played in the last 3 games, so next season if he plays say 15 games can you image how many hits the site will get, then the season after will probably be 1st team player and in his national side.

Basically im wanting a rough estimate, based on just that info as i dont really want to disclose income (primarily as i cant confirm how much it is as adsense is on all of my sites and not split up)
