just a suggestion about money exchanging.

well i think that money exchanging was banned because of new members scamming people. so what about allowing it only for reputed members will 10+ itraders and more than a certain number of posts?

I very much doubt this is open for discussion, it still wouldnt stop scammers imo

 

well any person who has less itrader than 10 and tried to exchange can be banned.
actually many people coninuously need to exchange e currencies and find it very inconvenient to go to other forums and there is a bigger risk of getting scammer.
so if we start it again here at dp for members with itraders 10+ then scamming would be reduced less than 1% for sure

 

Money exchanges violate the TOS of at least one of the sites involved. They may also violate US law.

For this or any other site to provide a venue for TOS abuse of another site isn't right.

I doubt you are going to see them reinstated in any form.

They wouldn't even need to hack id's but yes that would be one way. Like I said i'm pretty sure this isn't open for discussion, your probably wasting your breath im afraid

i know a guy who isnt a scammer but charged more fees than usual.
or maybe the mods/admin could just make a thread where all exchangers(reputed ) could post and exchange?
just a single therad?
and if they get scammer dp accepts no responsibility
