Hi... I have pending 12k invoices to be sent to the clients and they wont be paying by GOODS , but by SERVICES, since its serious deals and no such game play will go here.. So, shall I start sending invoices ?? Or shall I wait more ?? I know, Paypal has solved the reversal issue , but not the bank withdrawal issue. So, can I i get all the payments now and then will just use XOOM for 4 times ( 3000 x 4 ) and get all the money credited to the bank account. Possible ?? Or is it only Goods option, still working and not services ?? I HAVE A PREMIER ACCOUNT.
First, It's confirmed you can use Service/Other option to take/send money to/from your PayPal account. Their is no issue with PayPal now for online transitions. You may also send Invoice as it's advisable option for me. If you can wait for few days then better to wait till PayPal resume the withdrawal or you can make request for check which took 15 to 25 days depends on your location. Xoom is also good option if you happy with fees but I guess then have limits of $2999 and it may end of with high fees! Check their fees structure before you make any withdrawal from them.
No, as per Anuj, PayPal dude, they will be solving this Bank Withdrawal in next few days, so I dont think, we need to waste time in cheque. And Xoom doesnt charge anything for 2999$ . I just saw it , their pricing table. For the highest amount, the fee is 0$.
Goods or services/other payment option is working fine. There are no reversals for last 2-3 days. Only withdrawal is a issue, Xoom is best option or Paypal cheque is another good option.
Well for that your client need to pay money via US Bank Account funding, if he pays through Credit Card or PayPal then fees will be $69.99 Only!
@axus Do one thing, make a withdraw request from xoom, test with 50 or 100$ I am sure they will not allow you to withdraw. Zoom support have told me that you cannot transfer intra-india. Its against Indian Law. So they have cancel the order. 3 times experience. ZOOM IS FAILED.
This is really a good question... ? Do you think they will not ask details of payee ?? These days a small child can tell you, your location if you initiate a chat session with him... and people who involved in such high value transaction will not know from where money comes ?
Well, thats fine.. So, how can I prove them, who sent and for what reasons ?? Shall I send them direct paypal screenshots or what ?? And all of the payments from Australia and US. So, are they going to cancel the withdrawal ??Or they only accepting withdrawals from those who get money from Indians ?? If that is so, then I must say, thats bullshit.
If your clients want to send money to you using xoom that is fine as they will ask details from clients... But if money is in your paypal account and then you are transferring it is not your client paying you, it is you paying yourself.... So basically if you clients are ready to pay using wire or xoom or remit2india refund them in paypal and ask them to pay directly to your bank account and that way you will not do anything against indian law (if you pay income tax)
Im confused now! Others are saying, XOOM is the best way to withdraw money from your Paypal to Indian Bank Account and you are saying, I cant do that.. So, do you mean, if I have funds from my clients in my paypal, then I cant withdraw it to my bank account via XOOM ?? Then, what the hell is XOOM doing bro ??
First of all its working , but following some rules .... register with same email address as in paypal , provide same physical address in both sender and reciever and perfect information , for me i even provided the same name in both case and paypal address is same as reciepents bank address . just proceed with this things and be normal . being you as reciepent you may recieve call or may be they can call you being a sender . incase they call you just provide with the accurate and clear details about how the money is obtained in your paypal account and provide any scanned documents they must have needed .... Thats it . go for it. And just for a note i didnt use any coupon codes as that rips off their profit . but doesnt matter if you are transferring good amount and in urgent need
theres nothing to loose if it gets cancelled , i hope it dont .. incase it does you will get the full amount and theres no fees.
Well, I dont want to do anything, without following any rules or anything in false manner. All I know is, I get funds from my clients from US and AUSTRALIA and if they are asking, where I got the funds, then I will say, I got from AUS and US and if they want proof, I can send them scanned copy of screenshots from paypal also. So, no need of anything false. So, do you think, will XOOM do the withdrawal process smoothly for proved guys ?
What I written above is correct as per indian law and regulation... XOOM and other such services are legal and good for remittance... -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remittance your or my transfer can not be categorized as remittance, so they have full rights to say no.. But some of the transfers are going through with xoom, this is because if they do not check properly before transfer completed, they can not control it once bank deposit is done ... another thing is our system has lot of loopholes so some lucky persons will get their money but this method not going to work in long run... If you don;t want to go against indian regulation don't use xoom and if you want money anyhow go ahead and try it you might get money and celebrate with few lucky ones
Ok got you! No XOOM is of no use for serious business owners, who pay valid taxes and takes everything legally. Right, so no use.. Freelancers will enjoy it. Anyways, will wait for Paypal to get solved then...
