Good thing you posted this here! Their should be a blacklist which goes between the bigger forums, with the nicks and ips and emails of these people!

 

This is all shocking... we all come with faith here to buy and sell but these type of people really disgrace the place..

I think idea to publish IP seems to be a good one

Well PP refunded my Money today.....Whats funny is I got an email from them 2 days ago saying they werent going to refund it cause of something I did wrong in filing the claim.

I looked today and it has been reversed.

That was alot quicker than what I thought it would have been.

I dont want the site.... you sold it to me at an inflated cost using yourself to jack the price up. You not only did it to me but you did it to others as well.

Thats what all this is about....Not you reselling the site all over the net. You committed FRAUD and decieved me and alot of other people by doing what you did with your auctions.

I just want my money back and you can have your inflated site that you sold me back.

I dont know what PP is doing thats on them. I just made a claim because of the FRAUD that was committed against myself.

Why do I not have the RIGHT....Where is it written that I cant expose someone that is being dishonest.

Where is it written ??? Maybe its a NO NO in Pakistan but here in the US if someone is cheating and lying to people we tell on them and expose the truth.

Seems the guy just didn't get the whole, shill-bidding is a scummy thing to do, part of conversation.

Well, alls well that ends well, you got your money back the guy got banned from DP, i just feel sorry for the other people who got scammed by his dirty bidding wars.

 

the thing is :

1. how many more like him/her are there on here

2. now that the culprit has been caught, because he didnt change his IP to bid on his own auctions... i can see other con artists wising up and ensuring they bid via another IP address.. pretty easy to do

so will be harder to spot such fraudsters..... except of course if the same pair of handles appear in an auction.

if ebay cant wipe out such problems i doubt DP can... but being deligent is the only way to stay a step ahead.

 

Only the buyers could be cautious to catch a culprit like this one.
