just 7 pages !

I launched a new site 15 days ago and yesterday I found that google has indexed just 7 pages although I have more than 50 pages in my site, should I wait and google will index the rest of pages later?

 

Indexing can take time. Have some patience and eventually they will get indexed. If your using Google webmaster tools you can submit your site map to help Google crawl and index your pages.

 

Yes, you should wait.
In the mean time, don't forget to create sitemap and submit it to google. By this way you can speed up the indexing process.

 

you dont need to wait, if you have some usefull content on all of your pages just submit them to social bookmarking sites like digg and they should get indexed within minutes

 

You can also build backlinks to your inner pages from your signature here at dp
to speed up the indexing process.

Be Patient. It takes some time for Google to crawl and index all your webpages. Try submitting a sitemp, it can make the process a little quicker.

 

Try to submit to digg and see the result within 24 hours. I had been doing that many times.

See my signature (the last website). It was launched less 12 hours ago and was included in my signature about five minutes ago. I will let you know the result.

 

Indexing can definitly take an undetermined amount of time. Try linking to one of your unindexed pages from your signature.

Google never indexes 100%, I think. I have all the good links to my site, social bookmarks etc. I even have submitted my sitemap in google webmaster tool. But there are still around 50 page out of some thousand pages which have not been indexed in my site. May be you can increase the number of your indexed pages with time, and links from social bookmarks as well as other websites.

 

Yeah, google can be strange. When I do a backlinks check most of my inner pages do not show up.

You should try to interconnect each of the pages thus google crawl and index

 

Give some time to google, index pages will increase. Build some backlinks for the internal pages, that will help to index pages faster.

 

It's quite normal because your site is too young. Keep working on your site, publish more content and build quality backlinks.
After some time the number of indexed pages will increase (just make sure you don't publish duplicate content).
