Junk mail or Mass email marketing allowed by Adsense ?

    Is it allowed Junk mail or Mass email marketing ? i got some mail with their blogs URL with some funny stuff ( they didn't put adsense Code in it we can see ads after reach at URL )

    wel,i ask to google adsense same questation. they said its not alowed that

    that low is not showing at adsense TOS , anyway spamming is not allowed yeah but why they didn't say at their site ?
