Junk Email problem - please help

I own a vBulletin Forum and when I send out emails to all my members it ends up in their Junk box. I never had this problem before till last month.

I send emails from my admin area and I keep getting members telling me it ends up in their junk mail.

Anyone know how I can sort this problem out?

This tends to happen quite a lot when sending mass Emails from TLD's. Ask your members to keep clicking "Not Junk" and eventually email providers will deliver it straight to their inbox.

 

It's because you're mass emailing them.

 

You could also have your users that use the better email services like Gmail to set their filters to always send the mail from your server to their inbox. I tend to agree that it is probably just because the mail service sees it as a spam message since it is mass mailed.
