No one can realistically offer $9 a year unlimited hosting.

 

Its not unlimited. And its $9 since its limited. I don't normally offer these neither would I just throw it out.

Also it says 'CGI Proxies' are 'not allowed'.. Does that mean PHP-based proxies ARE allowed?

 

My friend have taken hosting from you. Your server is down for last 2 days and he is facing too much problems. Can you refund if problem like that happen?

 

Excuse me, tell your friend I e-mailed him more than 4 times, replied to his paypal claim and replied to his support ticket. Tell your friend he is lacking communication to me. It is not my fault if you do not respond.

 

Site has been down for 2 days for me too... I just signed up, it was up for like 2 hours and now down. I haven't got any emails or anything....
