Hi Junaweb.com I have a VPS plan with you and none of my sites are resolving. Your new company don't even have a support page to submit a ticket. Called and it went to voice mail. My sites are down for over 15 hours now that I noticed. Any help in bringing my site up is appreciated. I am paying $50.00 a month and expect little better response then this. When I try to access JunaWeb.com it takes me to this www.xehost.net website, is that the company you bought your VPS from? If the answer is yes then they do have a support center right here: http://clients.xesolutions.net/?systpl=xehost So you should try opening a ticket there.
I found the ticket system and created a ticket. This company is hopeless and do not buy hosting form this company www.AllWebNow.com This is another one of their sites.. Please beware of these guys. I may just need a one time help as they are changing the servers and my sites are down for over 24 hours now They are treating me worse than a $1.99 account holder - I have a VPS with these guys and the response is horrible.
