Hello everybody,

JumpOff Network ...... !!!!!

i received 5 emails from them in the last 6 days !! they want me to join their publishers network
i never heard of them !! i am wondering if anybody know them !!
are they are SCAM or they are new !!

but the site suggests to me that its a newly constructed one... but not the footer.
