    Hi there,

Several times when I have tried to watch a video online either thru an advertisement, or a news item, etc. the video jumps & breaks up.

At first I thought it was the quality of the video camera b/c I watched a few YouTube videos the other day, but now I just watched a virtual tour which was made by Air Canada, a HUGE corporation, so I have to assume they were using top quality hardware since there was no shaking of the camera.

What part of the hardware on my computer tells me how fast it is for watching videos?

What is the going speed these days?

Is there something I need to upgrade?

What about deleting something that will clear out the memory cache to prevent that from happening?

Thanks for any help you can give me.
