July Goals

Even though July is almost halfway done, what was your goal for this month.

The goal I have for my site is currently a 1$ a day average. Yes 1 dollar. This is my first month.

 

That site is agaist TOS, there is no content >>>>

 

Are those adsense ads on the search pages? Or just normal listings? Yeah, I dont think google would smile upon this site.

 

It uses adsense search, so yes, they are adsense ads on the search pages. But that's all it is.

 

Henny has a good point and you should take it down ill tell you why...

I did the exact same thing for a "Ringtone Search engine powered by google" site I had.

Once it made over like 20$/day they wrote me a email saying my account was suspended due to violation yadda yadda....

anyway my account got a red mark for that... I dont like red marks... and for what... peanuts? Its just not worth it. When your making big bucks on your account you may need the benefit of the doubt on something.

Heck Ive been with adsense since oct 2004. I tweak my pages every day, have over 150 pages currently. Update meta tags, keywords, submit to engines regulary, have over 15,000 current website links back to me, according to 'Link Popularity Check', and with the traffic drop...... today I havent even made $1.00 yet lol

My goal is to just have adsense income for 30 straight days ... even if its 1 cent ... then work up from there.

 

Yes will I find it's a LOT harder to make money, good money with adsense than a lot of the others say they are making, lol For me it is anyway.

Like Ive said so many times, It takes a LOT more than just having sites on the net over time to get traffic. Ive been on the net since 2001 with my software and other sites, and avergage right now roughly 100 unique visitors total a day.

I will be lucky if I make a buck today with adsense, but heck $30 a month or anything helps the bills.

From what I have learned the most important thing is Traffic...... traffic ..... traffic.

If you just build it, they sure won't come......... I found that out. You really need to research and see what folks are wanting to search for, or you can waste years of work.

 

my goal for July 2005: $500 USD

 

I usually made around 2-3 bucks a day. Since past week I've been making over 10 bucks everyday

Now I'm really excited about AdSense. Getting 300$+ every month to post on a live journal twice a week would be amazing.

 

Well my first goal was 100 a day, but I got some new content indexed and I been hitting 150-165 on average, with 171 as my new high for june 11th. I dont set my goals by month tho, I set them in 20-25 dollar incriments to keep me motivated.

my aim is to reach 50$ this month.i just started this month

 

Does somebody earn more than 100$ a day?

 

the fisrt month I got about $120, second month about $150. Hopefully, this month, my third month, I will get $180.

My long goal is to reach $1000 a month, may be in one or two years.. hahaha

 

What if I had that as my main site, but added links to other features, does that page alone need content, or can i have that with other pages of content.

 

I also don't set my goals by the month. I set a dollar amount average I would like to reach for the last 7 days of the month.
