Being required to give some thing in return where I live is not free.

 

Where everyone else lives:

reciprocal link = NOT free

 

I kinda understand where he came from... When I was a newbie and didn't know much about directories or anything really... I thought reciprocal links are still a kind of free links because it doesn't require any payment. It took me only a short time to realise that they don't call reciprocal links Free though.
