And the vast majority have obl less then 50, all under 80. -Your site will not incur any google penalty. I have sites getting 5 times that qty of links everyday. FOr google penalty you have to get at least 20,000/day for several weeks if not months.
Just checked your serps; at the start of project you had no rankings, now you are at the top of page 2 (1 spot away from page 1) and 4 for your respective keywords. Google may bounce them around but at the end should settle them even higher.
You had a PR of 2 and no rankings. You still have a pr2 and you have rankings. The service is called a serp booster, not a PR booster. PR ranks update every few months so it is hard to pin point the increase to anything.
