I know the usa and other country's confict there criminals with a jury system. I belive (correct me if I am wrong) that the jury decides if the possible criminal is guilty and somethimes the punishment. Whe in the netherlands use a difrent system., Here a judge decides if you are guilty and if you are the punishment you will get. wich you think is the best?? Ps have you ever been in a jury?? what whas it like?? If I ever found myself in deep water, I'd much rather be judged by a group of my lunatic peers, than by a judge who's completely out of touch with the real world.
