How come I did not get email if it was scheduled? Anyway another problem - I submitted a high importance ticket 24 hours ago, did not get reply in about 4-5 hours, updated ticket still no reply, now I woke up and all ticket system seems to be moved to another URL, most important still no reply to my high importance ticket + ticket is gone non existing due to ticket system moving... Not a nice first impression here. Submitted high importance ticket again to the new ticket system, will see how this one goes...
Hi, Before you post such thing at Digital Point Forum Boards Unnecessarily (mind you), You should always check our Network issues here: http://www.jatsim.com/support/networkissues.php Our old Domain is moving Registrars, if you don't read about such issues and do just the opposite, the above is exactly whats going to happen. Please also read all the emails we've been sending since the past 3 weeks in regards to backing up your data at our previous servers, apart from the backups we have already done and restored your account on your behalf. Also please remember we are also humans not robots. You can try sending emails to many dedicated server companies even and they will take 1 day at the very least to respond to HIGH priority emails.
