Buying JS/PHP/HTML5/AJAX Contact Form

    Hello,
    I have a HTML template and I want to add a contact form on the contact.html page.
    No CSS work needed.
    I need you to use http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/components/abide.html for validation. The HTML code must be HTML5 valid.
    More details on PM if needed.
