JS Error + Rankings Question

I have a couple errors on Internet Explorer in a JS file that loads on the following page.

Would this effect rankings? Does anyone see any other coding problems that might effect rankings?

For some reason I get the main categories to rank fine but for these actual layout pages they don't rank well at all.

Could it be because I start with

Root.com/myspacelayouts/Category but when I goto the actual layout it goes root.com/myspace/layouts/Layout-NAME ? Would switching my layouts to go root.com/myspacelayouts/Category/Layout-Name help with rankings?

Just as a side note this is what some people said the problem might be in terms of the JS line error. But my question about the SE effects, I still have no idea.

i do not see any js error on your page. browsed through couple of pages but no js error. using IE6

 

The URL I put in TinyURL gives the js error. The page loads fine, there is no popup but if you look next to the "DONE" it will show that page loaded with errors.

Also do you have any comments about the path question I have? Thanks!
