Js, Ajax and PHP Simple job

    I need a site like http://www.prixtag.com/ but with different sites.

    The features are

    - High Speed

    -3 Localisations

    -Seo optimised (site map)

    -searches 8 different sites

    I do not mind how this works as long as it is fast has a clean and simple design and is compatible. And my budget is $30
