jquery can do this?

    Hey DP Members!
    i Just wanna know can jQuery Open Links (External Links) in new Tabs.
    Like in Comments, if someone Drop Links in the comment it'll open that link in new tab...
    I know WordPress can do this by using a PlugIn, but unfortunately im on Blogger Platform, so any help would be appreciated :)
