JPG to SWF (Flash) - Any Freeware Worth Trying?

I'm looking for scripts or tools (lite/freeware) to try that will allow me to either build flash movies from jpgs offline and upload the .swf files or I've heard that there are scripts that will generate it on the fly from xml lists online - thus allowing a change to the images and the xml file and boom - new movie.

I did search Google and the forums here but found nothing promising.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
