JPG Screen Shot to HTML website

    I have a website layout in a .jpg and would like to hire a web designer to make it into html/php. The designer will have to create CSS files along with the coding for the layout of the site.

    Yeah, that would be hard to work with, unless the designs have no text at all on it.
