JPG > PDF converter - freeware recommendation please

I'm looking for a freeware JPG to PDF converter. There are several available but I'm afraid some of them may have spyware piggybacking.

I'd appreciate if someone could recommend one they know to be safe.

I have used Primo PDF in the past and it works great. It will also help you turn pretty much anything into a pdf for any future projects that you might have.

i also use primopdf, it's very good and easy to use.

 

You can also use freepdf. Absolutely free and very easy to use. I use it myself - saves a lot of time. If you do not/cannot install new softwares, back-up plan is to put your picture in a powerpoint slide and save as pdf. Crude but works as a worst case option.
