Buying JPeg/PSD/PNG to valid CSS/XHTML and Wordpress

    Hello,

    I have lots of .jpg formatted designs available. I want to hire someone to code this Jpeg designs to valid CSS/XHTML and sometimes to Wordpress. Sometimes PSD and Adobe Fireworks PNG format is available but not always!

    This is a long term job. Please PM me your rates for mainpage and per subpage.

    Payments will be via Paypal.

    Please include these details in your PM:

    - Fixed fee per project. (Just fixed fee, I don want "it depends pms")
    - Turnaround time. (Min. and max.)
    - Your weekly capacity. (How many you can handle per week?)
    - Past work done by you.
    - Trial work will be required and you will be paid for that if work quality is good.

    - $25 for main, $5 for sub.
    - Simple main page - 2-3 hours, 1 sub 30min 1 hour
    - 1 (with subs) -2 (with subs) sites a day, 8-10 a weak
    - valid ccs/html, commented code.
    But there is some problem with Payments. I am from Ukraine and cant receive paypal, only western union or money grand transfer.
