My main money making comes from printing and this week one of our main competitors just bit the dust and we have inherited 60% of there customers in 3 days. And best thing about printing, most customers become return customers. Plus we dont even have an established website yet. Its under construction: My question is what is the most effective after sales marketing technique? We are already collecting customers email address and mobile numbers to send sale info and with every order we include relevant flyers and literature,50% voucher for our site once its up and running and refer a friend discounts are also in place. Any ideas?
