Hello everyone. I would like to share my journey in curbing the site Medium. I'm not a blogger or a copywriter, just a SEO specialist who is trying to find new good methods to promote sites on the Internet. I created a personal account and began to post there articles written by myself. I added pictures and links to the site I'm working on now. It started two months ago. The site has a legal niche and so there is little competition relative to some other industries like design, essays or casinos. My plan was to post daily articles with backlinks to the main keywords. I also did activity within Medium to attract users attention to my content. It's been two months now and I think everything worked out positively because I managed to rank 10 keywords in the top 1 in google search, gain 400+ subscribers and attract 700+ organic traffic total for all articles. Even a few real clients! The numbers continue to grow and that's why I'm planning to sign up for membership to monetize for article reads and views. I am also planning to introduce such a full-fledged linkbuilding service for my clients. I feel like I don't know the platform well enough yet and so I would appreciate any useful tips and advice that we could share for free
Congratulations! I like your plan. I wish you good luck, Godspeed and farewell. Please, share your results here! I will be waiting with a passion.
Been experimenting with it myself for client sites in different niches. Engaging with comments and other Medium posts boosts visibility significantly.
Congrats! But these must have been very easy keywords to rank with medium links alone. From my experience they don't that much by themselves.
Impressive results for just two months of use, in my opinion. Keep publishing content and engaging with your audience, and I'm sure your success will continue to grow.
You are building backlinks from medium sites to the site you want to rank right? From my experience these links from medium sites don't help the google rankings much. So, if you are rankings these keywords these 10 keywords in the top 1, they must not be very competitive/hard to rank
Opposite. I took keywords with high query volume. Medium has a high domain ranking so google brings articles to the top.
