    You could hire someone to design one for you or just download a free one from somewhere.

    Yeah change the theme, that is one of the wordpress themes that I hate. There are a lot of great looking templates out there for free.

    Just updated my template to a more clean and simple one...and the post from the day before has my adsense earnings growth from June 11th or so till this week
