JotForm alternative

Okay, I just spent about five hours going through a bunch of form scripts I had on my computer and on my del.icio.us bookmarks. I ended up on JotForm, which I think is just plain awesome, but they have very serious limitations.

First of all, this is for a company website so I cannot have some script hosted by a third party. That is just unprofessional. Second, I wanted to include AJAX submission of the form so that the form just loads a PHP script and processes it right there without having to load a new page. I cannot do this with JotForm because the script is hosted on their server. Lastly, they limit me to 100 submissions per month (although I think that is enough, I rather not have to switch scripts urgently later).

I really like their tooltips through. They are the main factor why I am just not creating a basic HTML form from the 1990s and putting it up there.

Do you guys have any suggestions for some free scripts that are similar to JotForm, but that I can personally host and that have no restrictions. Thanks!
