    hey how do i do a sub items within a navigation within joomla ive been trying for ages now and its driving me mad.

    here wld be a example of the thing i am trying to achieve.

    - home
    - About Us
    - Our Services
    -> sub 1
    -> sub 2
    -> sub 3
    - Contact Us

    Here's how:

    1. Menus > mainmenu
    2. New
    3. Articles > Article layout (or whichever you prefer)
    4. Under 'Parent Item' select your main category. (i.e, if i click on Our Services, it will go under Our Services)
