I am looking for a web designer who is experienced with Joomla to design me a custom high end template for a reasonable price. I also like the designer to setup the site and install the template along with the add-ons needed. I would like this job to done professionally and in as short a time as possible. Some of the things I would like to see on the site follow: Shopping Cart Forum Picture Gallery Download Center (so visitors can download files that I put up on the site. I am looking for something with allot of graphics professional photographic illustrations along with a unique format.
