JOOMLA website just wont run

I am trying to run Joomla website in my localhost, but it would not run. It doesn't show any errors, but the index page just wont display any data. I have configured the database and everything correctly. if i try to change the configuration it throws error. also while trying to access administrator area, it give me an error.

any idea ?. I am really confused......

Using xampp to setup the localhost and the database server will help.

Also be sure to test that your localhost connection is working by going to http://localhost

And finally be sure you have the database permissions setup correctly
