i am new in this filed , i have stared one joomla website , check my joomla website ssvcollege.ac.in , its college website, i need this website department wise separate admin login and different template (example : domain.com/Commerce, domain.com/Chemistry ), how can i do this

Firstly this can achieved partially by installing front end administration components available at joomla extension directory and then creating joomla user group and redirecting group like wise.
