I have been getting calls and emails from my customers randomly for the past few months saying that during check out there is no shipping option to choose from and they aren't able to continue. I have tried on my end and it works perfectly. I tried different browsers, different address, different computers etc. I've had other "joomla experts" check it out and they all say it works fine. However, I still get these emails from time to time and i'm sure I am losing some sales. But I still do get some sales at times as well. Here is an email I got today : "I am trying to check out but I get an error message when it asks for a shipping method. There is no place to select a method but I get an error message that says I must select one." What should I do to fix this issue? Any ideas?
Ask them for their address and try to check out using their info.. It could be an issue with the shipping module not recognizing their location
i had this problem for a client, it was reaaly reaaally flipin frustrating... I upgraded my vm and that solved everything.
