    I am considering selling off my Joomla Theme Site. Right now it is a PR3.

    About the site -- Originally started off with just our own themes, but let let users submit (they need working demos).

    The site ranks on page 1 & 2 for popular keywords.

    Here are Awstats -- the month we had over 6K uniques was when I was promoting and releasing a few themes.

    Has made about $10 a month on Adsense give or take.

    Looking for offers but please don't offer me something in like $50...

    What was your last offer?

    I sold a Free Joomla template website on flippa (was sitepoint when I sold it) last year for over $2000
    Was ranking first page for most of the keywords
    My site was not as well designed - but was tweaked better for adsense rev...

    Try and change a bit with the ads on the home page - and you should see rev pickup
    Then - go to flippa and sell it there.....

    Just my 2c : )

    I am also going to release some new templates next week to boost traffic.
    Prob will keep it and see what it does over the next month or so, then definitely will put it on Flippa :)
    Highest offer here on DP was only 350 and not enough in my opinion for the rankings :)

    To have high bid on DP you need to have a website that earn money.
    Who buy want to make an investment, your site not have big traffic and earn only $10/month. It is only $120 in a year... the $350 offer is a miracle here on DP.
    You must monetize better your website to sell it for more, not only on DP, but Flippa too.
    My 2 cents.
