We need a perdesigned or custom template for Joomla. The site is a classifieds type site so that will be the main theme. If possible please advise which classifieds addon it will be most compatible with. Also would like that selected clasfied site 'skinned'. Looking for a more professional rather then fun design. Logo design will be separate, so please consider that a separate entity. Lastly, please specify if your template will be compatible with tht new version 1.5 (not sure if this is possible to accertain, but if it is then I'd like to know)
