I am looking for somebody to design template for me that I will offer on my site for free. I already have the base template with functions and everything that needs to be modified each time. All you have to do is to modify my template so that it looks like a new one. I will accept only designers who already have a web design portfolio (doesn't have to be Joomla). I will pay $50/template.
