You can try this: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/style-a-design/templating/2401 OR its easy. They have a iframe and links.
Umm, no. Thats look and feel is not joomla. ts external design. When you select a template it loads in a iframe below. Why not just grab the source and try to customize it?
