Joomla template customization

Hello I need some changes made to a template, I just dont have the time to do this myself right now. Please PM me with your price. This should be a easy and fast job if you are good with .css so dont be greedy with what price you ask and I will have more work for you in the future.
What I need is this:

Template I will use is You Events http://www.joomla1.5.youjoomla.info/youevents/. This is the main template and changes should be made to this one.

now there are some things that I want to change:
The menu should be changed to look like the one from youStorage http://www.joomla1.5.youjoomla.info/youstorage/

The Header should be changed to look like the one from YouMazing http://www.joomla1.5.youjoomla.info/youmazing/

I am no expert in joomla but I can read CSS and all the sites my boss has are in joomla, a bit more detail is needed for this but if you PM with details I will give you a fair days work in return for a fair days pay!!
